With a degree from Cornell University & an experienced background, Heather navigates complex real estate transactions with intellect & expertise. Having bought, sold, built, and rehabilitated several investment properties of her own, Heather knows the process intimately and empathizes keenly with clients. Prior to working at The GRUBB Company, Heather worked as a design consultant for a custom green builder, spearheading the company’s remodel sales division and playing a key role in the building of two award-winning, LEED®-certified homes.

 

Born in Berkeley and raised in Piedmont, Heather is an avid hiker with a special appreciation for our beautiful Bay Area. When she’s not working, Heather can usually be found outdoors enjoying one of our many scenic regional parks. Heather is committed to sustainable building practices. She is a graduate of the National Sustainable Building Advisor Program & is certified as a Green Building Professional (CGBP).  Heather is fluent in Spanish and spent a year living abroad in Seville, Spain. An advocate for children, she serves as an East Bay board member of PLAYWORKS®.
